Baklava

Long before the world knew the word dessert, the people of ancient Egypt were crafting delicate pastries layered with love and tradition. Among them was a treat so rich, so golden, we now call baklava.

Born from the land where the Nile flows and the sun kisses the sand, Egyptian baklava was a symbol of celebration. Crisp layers of pastry, crushed nuts from the delta groves, and a drizzle of honey as sweet as the stories told by the fire.
